Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data the Mindshare website (mindshareapp.com) collects, why, and what rights you have. It covers this website only. The Mindshare app has its own privacy policy and terms of use.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Entity Services s. r. o., registered seat Rustaveliho 10100/2, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia. Registered in the commercial register of Mestský súd Bratislava III, section Sro, entry 125524/B. IČO 51310821, VAT number SK2120669683. Our office is at Račianska 1572/72, Bratislava. For anything about your data, write to contact@mindshareapp.com or use our contact form. Telephone: +421 904 083 888.

What we collect and why

When you send the contact form

We receive your first and last name, company name (all optional), your e-mail address and your message. We use them only to answer you and to handle what you asked about. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in answering questions (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The message is delivered to our mailbox by e-mail, through Zoho Mail on Zoho's servers in the EU. A copy is kept on our web server only when it can't be e-mailed (sending fails or is not set up) or when our spam filter holds it back, so that no message is lost and we can still answer you.

To block spam, the web server counts messages per IP address for 10 minutes. This is held in memory only and is not stored.

When you use the live chat

The public pages of the website offer a live chat run by Crisp (Crisp IM SAS, 2 Boulevard de Launay, 44100 Nantes, France). Crisp's script is loaded from its servers as soon as a page opens, whether or not you use the chat, and it stores a cookie in your browser for up to 6 months to keep a conversation going. Crisp then sees your IP address and, if you chat, what you write; it processes this on our behalf. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering quick help (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Crisp's privacy policy.

When you visit any page

Like every website, our server receives your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so it can send you the page. These technical logs are used only to run and secure the site, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The same applies to the services listed below.

Services the pages load

To show some parts of the site, your browser connects to these servers, which then see your IP address:

  • Neoloop (cdn.neoloop.cz): an icon font on every page.
  • Crisp (client.crisp.chat): the live chat on the public pages, described above.
  • Google Maps (www.google.com and other Google servers): the map of our office on the Contact page. It loads only when you press Show map. From then on Google can store cookies or similar data in your browser and handles the visit under its own privacy policy.
  • The Mindshare app (app.mindshareapp.com): some pages show live views of the app, loaded from the app's server. These views can store their own data in your browser, as the app does.

Our fonts and images are served from our own server.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies for visitors. (A sign-in cookie exists only for our own staff editing the site.) Cookies or similar browser storage come from the Crisp live chat, from the Google map once you choose to show it, and from the embedded live views of the Mindshare app.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages and chat conversations as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and delete them at the latest 2 years after our last contact with you. Technical server logs are kept for 14 days.

Who receives your data

We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. It is processed only by the providers we use to run the site, who act on our instructions: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany (hosting, on its servers in Germany), Zoho (e-mail, on its servers in the EU), Crisp IM SAS, France (live chat) and Neoloop (icon font hosting). Crisp lists its own providers on its website; where one of them is outside the European Economic Area, Crisp relies on the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR. The Mindshare app's server receives the visits to its embedded views. If you show the map, Google receives that visit and decides itself how to use it; Google can process data outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy,
  • correct it,
  • delete it,
  • limit how we use it, or object to its use,
  • send it to you or to someone else in a common format.

Write to contact@mindshareapp.com. We answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk), or to the authority where you live.

Changes to this policy

When the website starts collecting something new, we update this policy and the date at the top.
